Amandine Vibert
Chef & Manager
Bonjour! I’m Amandine, a passionate food enthusiast hailing from Bordeaux, France—a region renowned for its rich culinary traditions and exceptional wines. Although I initially pursued a law degree, my love for food led me to change course, and I enrolled in a culinary and hotel management school. My culinary journey was deeply influenced by the time spent in the kitchen with my mother and grandmother, who imparted invaluable knowledge and a love for cooking.
After graduating, I honed my skills in various roles at luxury hotels along the French Riviera in Saint-Tropez and on the Basque Coast, near the Spanish border. My journey then took me to a management position in a bustling cafeteria, where I further developed my leadership abilities and learned the art of managing teams effectively.
I firmly believe that dining is an experience for all the senses. The food should not only look beautiful and inviting but also engage the nose and taste buds, creating an unforgettable moment of enjoyment and connection.
Upon arriving in the United States, I had the privilege of managing a French restaurant at Disney in Orlando. However, my true calling has always been in the kitchen. Joining The Good Way Café has allowed me to reignite my passion for cooking, and it’s here, at this vegan restaurant, that I can fully express my creativity. My mission is to craft memorable and delicious plant-based dishes that offer every guest a truly unique and nourishing dining experience.
